 River Don Scottish summer sunny shining glistening Monymusk bridge Donside Aberdeenshire in North East Scotland looking downstream eastwards towards Monymusk on sunny morning from the roadbridge just past Pitfichie Castle. Behind is the view of the Bennachie summit a small dimple on the right and is the site of a vitrified Pictish fort and a distinct outline clearly viewed from many parts of Aberdeenshire. The bridge is crossed enroute to Chapel of Garioch past the eastern side of Bennachie and is also the way to Kemnay via Blairdaff or Inverurie via Burnhervie.
