 Queens View Tillylodge Slack Lochnagar Deeside Scottish panorama Aberdeenshire viewpoint at the Deeside Field Club marker pointing out the alignment of all the hills visible from the viewpoint is on the road out of Tarland heading north and ultimately takes you east to Aberdeen in North east Scotland. The central outline is of the mountain called Lochnagar, fourth highest in Britain and the distinct hill on the right is that of Morven. Claimed as a favourite viewpoint of Royal Deeside for Queen Victoria and hence it being called the Queens View. In the centre of this photograph is the hill with the Bronze Age Tomnaverie Recumbent Stone Circle built on it.
