 Potarch Bridge River Dee Pink Granite Spring Deeside Library Photo taken at this well known crossing point over the river from the North Deeside Road between Banchory and Kincardine O誰eil for heading eastwards to Feughside or south to join the southern route from Aboyne to Finzean. In the summer the riverbank can be mobbed with picnickers and swimmers while it is also a popular salmon fishing stretch and the narrow turbulent water good for canoeing.
