Saqqara Unas Valley Temple EG051165jhp Saqqara Unas Causeway Valley Temple columns reeds trees ancient Egyptian at the lower end of the restored walkway from the Pyramid of Unas near the Step Pyramid and which slopes down to this Valley Temple first seen as visitors arrive at this major complex near Memphis. The Valley Temple has a delightful feel to it with two remaining palmiform granite columns hinting at a graceful style although it is probably covered by the entrance road so the whole plan is unknown.
