Oldmeldrum View bnm7456jhp Oldmeldrum Buchan Scottish summer town bypass Bennachie Heritage Society viewpoint of this distinctive hill in Northern Aberdeenshire constructed by the western bypass round this expanding town north of Inverurie and the main junction for journeys to Turriff and Fraserburgh via Fyvie or eastwards to Ellon and Peterhead. This display of wild flowers is by a small car parking area giving access to the path and walk up to the viewpoints looking southwards towards Bennachie, offering panoramic views across the flat plain of the River Urie towards Garioch and westwards towards Tap O誰oth and Strathdon.
