 Amarna North Palace Column Bases Hall Rooms Layout Egyptian Akhenaten by River Nile near Egypt Minya city is built round a sacred pool now identified by a few palm trees in its centre. Its use along with the Hall of Foreign Tribute were perhaps part of the living areas for the royal family of Akhetaten and his Queen Nefertiti although little remains now except the foundations and bases of columns.
