 Macduff harbour anchor snow Scottish winter stormy clouds sea Aberdeenshire Doune church sea is a town adjacent to Banff divided by the River Deveron and remains a busy fishing harbour supporting its own trawler fleet with fishmarket and its excellent facilities expanding for the watersport and pleasure sailing industry. This view is located at Doune Church on Station Brae with a possible 18th Century sailing ship anchor and a cross erected in 1783 to mark the creation of Macduff as a Burgh here looking towards the town centre and harbour of MacDuff and out to the Moray Firth.
