Granted to the Irvine family by Robert the Bruce has been under their care from 1323 to 1976, including Forest of Drum, a royal hunting park and the Old Wood with ancient oaks, geans and Caledonian Pines. Granted to the Irvine family by Robert the Bruce has been under their care from 1323 to 1976, including Forest of Drum, a royal hunting park and the Old Wood with ancient oaks, geans and Caledonian Pines.
