River Dee Invercauld 3706UP66JHP Invercauld River Dee water downstream northbank Braemar Aberdeenshire Scottish photo just down from the Old Brig O'Dee which is cared for by Historic Scotland and is one of the many military bridges built after the Forty Five Rebellion and that carried troops across the Highlands. This was built by Major Caulfield 1752 although often called a General Wade bridge who started the process many years earlier.
